So beautifully real, you'll have to tell yourself not to take a bite. Influenced by early still life paintings, artists Lorraine Taylor and Nicky Smart of Penkridge Ceramics create porcelain sculptures molded from real orchard-grown fruits. The artists also create and apply their own glazes, capturing the fruit's texture, color and blemishes that make it like no other. The pewter leaves and twigs on some of the pieces are the handiwork of sculptor Alan Ballantyne. Choose from a single apricot with no stem or a pair with stems and leaves. Handmade in England.
